NSIRA has responded to COVID-19 by requiring all of our staff to work from home. While our corporate systems are well adapted for this situation, correspondence sent to our offices regarding existing and new complaints after March 13, 2020 may encounter some delays, as access to the office is restricted at this time. Our staff is making every effort to check our mail intake as much as possible during this unique time.
